NORTH MELBOURNE

 

The brief for this project was to maximise the full potential of the site, provide maximum amenity for the occupants and optimize the views to the docklands and  the city.

 

The development consists of 8 apartments and six townhouses on a tight site in North Melbourne.

 

The apartments have one or two beds and the townhouses have 3 bedrooms and a covered car-space.

 

Our architectural services consisted of full design, documentation & Contract Administration.
