NORTH MELBOURNE

 

This project, currently under construction, consists of five compact townhouses on a small corner site with views of the city.

 

The houses have a sensitive interface with the adjoining two storey terrace houses.

 

All of the houses have roof decks and three have garages.

 

The framed box balconies create a separate identity for each house and provide expansive views of the city. The sliding louvre screens provide privacy when and where required.
