10 TOWNHOUSES NORTH MELBOURNE

 

This project involved the demolition of an existing warehouse and development of ten  new two and three bedroom townhouses on a compact urban site with limited access and outlook.

 

It is a good example of the optimization of a small, tight site to provide maximum yield and return for the developer.

 

The project consisted of ten, two and three bedroom townhouses all with self contained garages within a secure enclosure.
