41 TOWNHOUSES-

NEWSOM ST, ESSENDON

 

This project involved the rezoning of an industrial site in Ascot Vale to residential and the design and construction of 41 new, two & three storey townhouses.

 

All dwellings have a one or two car garage and their accommodation ranges from two to four bedrooms. Most of the townhouses also have an expansive roof deck

 

The staggered repetition of the forms and materials provides a sense of individual identity for each townhouse and a rhythm and unity for the whole complex.
