This project involved the design of 12 luxury apartments on a prominent corner site. Each apartment has two car spaces in an underground

car-park.

 

All apartments are serviced by a lift  from their basement carpark or the main entry direct to their living area.

 

All apartments have East facing balconies or courtyards and all have 3 bedrooms.

 

The top front apartment has an expansive roof deck with a swimming pool,
