19 APARTMENTS- GEELONG

 

This project consists of 19 apartments surrounding a central atrium with a sculptural stair connecting each level.

 

All apartments have two bedrooms and a ground level car space

 

The existing hotel adjacent to the new apartments was restored, refurbished and the upper levels converted into four apartments in strict accordance with Heritage Victoria requirements.

 

The ground floor of the hotel (first hotel in Geelong) was converted to a commercial tenancy.
