RENOVATION & EXTENSION TO PERIOD VICTORIAN HOUSE

 

This project, in a beautiful tree lined street in Victoria Avenue , Canterbury, involved the restoration of an existing victorian house and the development of a complementary two storey addition to take advantage of the sloping site and open up onto a new rear swimming pool.

 

The new two storey addition has been seamlessly  integrated into the existing restored period home.

 

The interior of the extension consists of a central two storey living space with the upper level encircled  on two sides by an internal balcony overlooking the central space and giving access to the  bedrooms.
