HOUSING DEVELOPMENT  HOPPERS CROSSING

 

This project involved the rezoning of an industrial estate to a residential zone and the design of the residential accommodation within including the following;

 

  • A 3 storey central development  of 90 apartments with associated car parking.
  • 53 smart block townhouses around the perimeter of the development.
  • 28 Terrace style houses at the interface between the residential and the existing commercial development.
