This project was designed as a retail development in the heart of Glen Waverly with a suite of offices at first floor.

 

Pre-lease agreements between the bank and the developer allowed the development to be tailored to suit the specific needs of the bank.

 

The building is tilt-slab construction with a long span tensioned concrete first floor slab with minimal ground floor support columns.
