3 TOWNHOUSES   NORTH MELBOURNE

 

This project involved the restoration of an existing bluestone house and the design of two new narrow townhouses in keeping with the scale of the street and respectful of the adjacent terrace houses.

 

The single story front facade disguises the three story scale of the design of these compact houses which all have 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a large living area.

 

Each house has a front and rear deck and a delightful rear courtyard facing north-east.
