RETIREMENT HOUSE

POINT LONSDALE

 

This project involved the design of a retirement home on a small awkward block at the end of a cull du sac and adjacent to a tiny park.

 

The Inspiration for the design came from the idea of recreating fragments of the clients cherished memories and recollections of previous houses.

 

This house won several awards and was published widely.

 

AWARDS:

Merit Award for Outstanding Architecture - Housing, RAIA Vic Chapter,

 

RAIA National Architecture Awards Commendation.
