SPORTS PAVILION ALTONA GREEN

 

This project involved the development of a new sports pavilion to service two football ovals, a nearby Primary School and adjacent tennis courts. It consists of change rooms, toilets, a kitchen and a community hall.

 

The building was designed as two pavilions, a heavy brick pavilion for amenities and a glazed lightweight pavilion with a curved roof for a community hall.

 

Roller shutters are employed across all openings

when the building is not in use as a protection against vandalism.
