DAIRY CONVERSION  ARMADALE

 

 

This project involved the conversion of an old dairy/warehouse building in Armadale into a contemporary family home.

 

Inspired by the clients, an engineer and an interior designer, this project involved a complete refurbishment of the interior and the construction of a new bedroom wing.

 

The living areas overlook a central courtyard which is closed off from the street by a double garage and the entry.

 

The design explores the idea of turrets, glass canopies and decorative curved ironwork.
